Headed out early today for lock #1 of the Oswego canal (heading toward Lake Ontario) as we are expecting rain later in the day, no surprise.  Stopped in Phoenix home of the "Bridge House Brats".  Best free wall, or even paid wall yet-water, electric, pump out, showers, laundry and next to a nice park.  Nice town with all needed supplies within a short walk.  

The "Bridge House Brats" are a group of youth that earn their community service requirement by assisting anyone who stops by their dock.  For a nominal tip they will take your order, retrieve and deliver to you from surrounding businesses.  Tonight we had the benefit of also listening to a live band on the dock.  Truly a must stop for anyone visiting the area.  

Heading to lock #1 today up the Oswego River.  There will be a total of 7 locks to pass through tomorrow, so an early night for us.
