We were one of the first boats locking through leaving Port Severn today.  We are overjoyed with this being our last lock for a long while.  As you can see from the first picture beliw they pack them in tight here as only 1-2 boats can fit in the lock.  We arrived in Penetang, hopefully only for a few days, to have the alternator removed and rebuilt.  Took some time to do some chores-laundry, cooking, and reprovisioning the boat.  Hoping to be underway again by Friday.

On Thursday it didn't seem like we would be getting the alternator back, so we took a cab to town to explore.  We spent some time at the library to update maps and download some movies as the marina wifi is extremely slow.  Today was another rainy day which cleared nicely by the days end.  Hoping to be moving on to Indian Bay tomorrow.
