The weather today was overcast and rainy, with little wind so we decided to move on to Little Current in hopes of spending a few days there having some nice weather. Overall, the weather is becoming colder with increasing the chance of showers. We’re feeling like we should continue to be on the move, almost daily, in order to stay ahead of the weather. In talking to the locals we have discovered the weather is unusually cold for this time of year and the rainy, windy weather will soon become the norm.
To our surprise Atillio and Kathy of "Never Home" and Aubrey and Terry -"Shore Billy" were here tied up to the town docks at Little Current. It was good to meet up with them again and spent some time comparing travel plans for the next few weeks. The landscape has changed significantly, being mountainous with a great deal of wildlife. It reminds of us of New England having plenty of opportunities for hiking. It is good to have all the rock formations behind us.
