Woke up this morning to a cloudy, overcast day. We decided to take the loaner bikes at the marina and headed to an area farmer's market (3.5 miles away) with Dave and Kathie.  There are no grocery or convenience stores nearby, as is typical of many of the small towns along our route, so keeping fresh fruits and veges on the boat is quite a chore.

As the weather never cleared today, we decided to take a dinghy ride into the town.  What we had thought it was a short dinghy ride across the bay-wrong!  It took us almost an hour!  After docking at the Boatwerks Waterfront Restaurant we took the short walk into town.   This appears to be an older town having several historic buildings built ~ the 1800's, all in good repair.

Stopped for a beer and snacks before heading back to the marina.  Tonight was an early Chinese community dinner as we have an early start tomorrow.

No traveling today!  Thankful for staying put.
