We left early today (7:30 a.m. start) as we have a long ride ~ 7 hours and the weather seems to be on the decline as the day progresses.  Along the way the coastline continues to be peppered with large dunes.  Even at my age I have the urge to take a cafeteria tray and ride the dunes!  

After a long, less than smooth ride, I was exhause and sore.  The rocking all day did a number on me.  The rainy damp weather didn't help. Immediately after docking and settling in I took a nap and had a quiet dinner in tonight.  An early bedtime will hopefully do us both some good.
